  • The remaining balance is due within 14 days of deliverable completion and submission
  • Training programme and rental fees are due in full before the service date
  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
  • All prices are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), which will be charged at the prevailing rate where applicable

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

  • Raw aerial data (images, video, point clouds) captured during client engagements is owned by the client upon full payment
  • AeroNexus retains ownership of all proprietary tools, software, AI models, report templates, and methodologies used in service delivery
  • AeroNexus may retain anonymised or aggregated data for the purposes of improving our AI models and service quality, unless the client explicitly opts out in writing
  • Training materials, course content, and certification resources are the intellectual property of AeroNexus and may not be reproduced without written permission

6. Limitation of Liability

AeroNexus provides services with reasonable skill and care. However:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question
  • AeroNexus is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity
  • Aerial survey data accuracy is subject to environmental conditions, equipment specifications, and ground control point availability. AeroNexus does not guarantee specific accuracy levels unless explicitly stated in the service agreement

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during the course of an engagement as confidential. This includes project details, site information, aerial data, business strategies, and pricing. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement for a period of two (2) years.

10. Indemnification
